Power Protein Bites

ingredients
- 1 scoop whey protein (flavor of choice)
- 1 scoop creatine monohydrate
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-3 tablespoons water (if needed for consistency)
Instructions:
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, whey protein, creatine monohydrate, and collagen peptides. Stir well to ensure even distribution of the supplements.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Add almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Stir until it forms a sticky dough. If the mixture is too dry, add water a tablespoon at a time until you get the desired consistency.
- Add Mix-ins: Fold in the shredded coconut and dark chocolate chips for added flavor and texture, if desired.
- Shape the Bites: Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls using your hands. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill: Place the Power Protein Bites in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store and Enjoy: Once firm, you can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Perfect for a quick snack before or after a workout!
